Rental Homes

My friend Nel invited us to go with them on vacation to Kawaii, Hawii on the first week of August. I told my husband about it but I don't think we could go with them because my husband already plan his vacation on the last week of July and we can't change the date. We are going somewhere special for our 5th wedding anniversary and I have no idea where. I am just hoping that we could rent a home some where like outer banks rentals, go boating, enjoy the beach and relax. I can't wait for us to go on vacation.

Looking for a house for rent

My friend is looking for a house for rent. They're living in the apartment right now they want a bigger house. We were going to put our house for rent but hubby cancelled it. So right now I am helping them look for a house for rent. I hope they can find a house nearby.

Right now they couldn't afford to buy a house. Buying a house is too much she said - you have to put a down payment plus you are going to pay a property tax and home insurance.

Anyway, I guess it's better for them to just to rent a house for now rather than buying a house. I am just hoping that they could find a house close by so we could be neighbors. Lots of house for rent here in our area.
